Turner and Whelan was established in 1975 by Seamus Turner and Bill Whelan. The aim of the company is to provide a quality Decoration services that meets the most stringent standards for quality and finish.

Since our foundation in 1975 we have worked on many varied contracts from multimillion-pound contracts to private home’s, that’s where our wide knowledge of decoration comes from.
